Do you or someone you know have cancer or is recovering from cancer, then they may be interested in these classes.

The classes, run by our lovely Ruth, are held at the physiotherapy centre - Kinésithérapie Lenoir & Schäfer, 34, rue du Grünewald, L-1646 Senningerberg.

Please note that unfortunately these classes are not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own, but please bring your own blanket or towel and if you have one, a yoga belt.
