Navigating Cancer Through Yoga

If you are being treated for or are recovering from cancer, or supporting someone with cancer, you are welcome to join our specially designed yoga classes with Ruth. No previous experience necessary, but you must be able to get up and down from the yoga mats unassisted.

Mats will be provided if you don’t have your own. We recommend you wear comfy clothing and warm socks. Please bring along a small blanket or towel.

Anyone wishing to join us for a +/- 8km walk around the countryside of Moutfort? The elevation is not too challenging, but the walk is picturesque. Meeting at the parking of the childrens playground (5335 Moutfort Contern) at 14:20 for a 14:30 start. Afterwards we will go for a coffee at the Mutferter Haff. Everyone is welcome as is well behaved dogs on a leash.

Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Discussion Workshop - Colpach (In English)

We have received an invitation from the Centre de Réhabilitation (Chateau de Colpach) to participate in a project focusing on an alternative to post oncological rehabilitation. This project is initially dedicated to individuals who have been treated for BREAST CANCER.

They are in the preliminary phase of the project, during which they are seeking input from individuals who have faced the challenges of breast cancer. For this particular date, they are looking for ENGLISH-speaking participants for a workshop (discussion table) at invite you to attend for an exchange meeting on Wednesday May 8 at 2:00pm at the Rehabilitation Centre Chäteau de Colpach. During the meeting, they will be discussing the project in detail, its challenges and the various perspectives that could shape it. The meeting will consist of a maximum of 10 people and will aim to maximize participation expression. The meeting is expected to last no more than 1.5 hours.

Luxembourg’s annual 24 hour team relay event to fund raise and show support.

Think Pink Lux will be participating in the Relais pour la Vie in Bambesch.

Where to go

We will be taking part in a group walk on Saturday 23rd March through the beautiful forest and pathways of Bambesch. You can find parking in the designated areas outside of the Juegdschlass Restaurant (400, rue des Sept-Arpents L-1149 Luxembourg). Departing at 14.30, we will set of for a +/-4km leisurely walk, followed by drinks and cake.

Join us on Saturday October 28th at 7pm in Kockelshuer Luxembourg for an action-packed ice hockey game with the Tornado team against their close rivals, the Gaulois Châlons.

💗 Our team is once again this year rallying to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we need YOUR help to reach our goal of raising €1000. Every contribution counts!

Support Our ING Night Marathon Participants

Join us in supporting our dedicated Think Pink Lux runners at the ING Night Marathon! We have an incredible team of 31 participants:

  • 1 full marathon runner

  • 4 semi-marathon runners

  • 2 marathon teams (4 people per team)

  • 6 5km teams (3 people per team)

Final Training Run: Come and say hi at our last 5km training session on May 7th. The meeting point is in front of the Mudam, Kirchberg at 10am.

Ways to Support Our Runners:

  1. Cheer Them On: Attend the event to encourage our runners in person or show your support on social media.

  2. Raise Funds: Contribute to their fundraising efforts through bank transfers to our bank account or scan the provided QR Code.

Funds raised will support the Marian Aldred Award, among other initiatives. Learn more about this award and our other programs on our website.

It’s also one of the most actively supported events in the Think Pink Lux calendar, with participants in almost every discipline, whether running the half-marathon, the full marathon (yes there are wonderfully crazy people out there) or the ever-popular team-marathon.

So why not grab your pink tutu and join us at Think Pink Lux, as a runner or a supporter and enjoy the festivities on what promises to be a lovely late spring (or early summer) evening.

Registrations are now open for all the disciplines - half, full, team and team-5km. 

We’d really appreciate it if you could use your participation in the ING Night Marathon as an opportunity to raise sponsorship at the same time to fund Think Pink Lux’s various support programmes and cancer research scholarships.

Race for the Cure® 2021 will be subject once again to Covid 19 restrictions. It is possible to participate virtually and hopefully together at The lake in Echternach again, but that will need to be confirmed soon.

As in previous years, ThinkPinkLux will support Fondation Cancer Luxembourg by participating in the Relais pour la Vie 2021 which will take place the weekend of March 27 / 28.

Current Covid19 restrictions mean we have to show our solidarity in a different way with virtual events. #Relais2021Lux can therefore take place in a location of your choice ... woods, neighbourhood, business, school!

Participants are free to walk, run, or pedal at any time and for as long as they want. The goal is for ThinkPinkLux team to accumulate a total of 24 hours. We can do that!

We are now taking advance bookings for all the disciplines - half, full, team and team-5km. There’s No need to pay the inscription fees just yet, simply let us know now that you plan to take part by filling the form below. We’ll be in touch early in 2020 to take care of the race inscriptions fees.


We’ll take care of the rest, deliver you with the race bibs and chips and the ThinkPinkLux t-shirt, take the photos and be there for you at the finish line. Relais pour la Vie 2020

Think Pink Lux will again be supporting the Relais pour la Vie, a 24 hour relay event for runners or walkers. As always, the inscription fees go directly to Relais pour la Vie for the organiser Fondation Cancer and their projects.

Due to the intense demand for this event, Think Pink Lux has only one team this year, meaning one runner or walker, on the track at any one time during the whole 24 hours. Please schedule your time slot and then pay and register below. Times start from 8.00 pm and go through the night until 7.30 pm on Sunday evening. You may sign up for an hour or half an hour or more. €15 for half an hour and €25 for an hour.
