Let’s get walking for health. Here at Think Pink we recommend walking to anyone who is looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness. It’s free, no expensive gym memberships or equipment and you can do it at any time. It can be done alone, or with friends. Taking your heart for a walk is one of the best things you can do each day.
To encourage this we invite you to join us on Saturday May 25 in Sandweiler. Departing from the Top Squash carpark at 14:20 we will walk (+/- 8 km) through the lovely countryside & return back for a coffee at the Top Squash cafe. Well behaved dogs on leashes are also welcome to join!
