Gentle Hatha Yoga Saturday

  • Think Pink Support Centre 1 Rue Pletzer Bertrange, Luxembourg, 8080 Luxembourg (map)

Do you or someone you know have cancer or is recovering from cancer, then they may be interested in these classes.

The goal of a Hatha practice is balance. We continuously balance the body with each posture, and we work to balance the nervous system by exploring periods of movement and periods of stillness. A Hatha class means that you’ll take your time in each posture, maybe even a full minute or more.

The classes will be held at Think Pink Support Centre, 1 Rue Pletzer, Helfent, L-8080 Bertrange.

Limited to a maximum of 8 places

Should the class be showing as full, please send an email to Geraldine at info@thinkpinklux.com and she will let you know if someone cancels.

If you are having mobility issues, we would recommend you try our other class - Restorative Yoga on Saturdays at 11:30 or Tuesdays at 10:45.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

*Support persons are welcome (space permitting) for a small donation of €10 per class.
