The classes, run by our lovely Ruth, are held at the physiotherapy centre - Kinésithérapie Lenoir & Schäfer, 34, rue du Grünewald, L-1646 Senningerberg.

Yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own, but please bring your own blanket or towel.

Please note that unfortunately these classes are not suitable for those with mobility issues.

If you are dealing with painful joints and fatigue, we recommend trying our chair yoga.
